Dr. Raluca Costache is a Senior Obstetrician-Gynecologist with a strong background in fertility medicine, reproductive surgery, and the management of endometriosis-related infertility. A graduate of the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, she currently practices at Colțea Clinical Hospital, where she has been part of the medical team since 2017.

She holds a PhD in Medical Sciences, with her doctoral research dedicated to the impact of endometriosis on ovarian reserve and fertility preservation strategies. Her academic and clinical experience reflect a deep interest in helping women with reproductive challenges — particularly those seeking to conceive despite complex gynecologic conditions.

Dr. Costache has completed postgraduate training in assisted reproductive medicine, hysteroscopy, gynecologic ultrasound, and colposcopy, and has undertaken international training at the Queen Mother’s Hospital in Glasgow, UK.
