She currently serves as a university lecturer at the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest and coordinates genetic diagnostics within the Department of Medical Genetics at Sanador Hospital.

Dr. Rădoi holds a PhD in Medical Sciences and has dedicated her career to advancing genetic testing and counseling in reproductive health.
